      We have sales offices and warehouse in San Diego, CA (USA) and Shanghai (China); our R&D center is located in Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park (South), with over 35,000 square feet of wet chemistry laboratories and a 200,000 square feet pilot plant, suitable for synthetic and process chemistry research, kilo-production, and manufacturing. We are fully equipped with state of the art databases and analytical instruments to ensure research and product quality. Shanghai Shaoyuan encourages customers to simplify ordering by web, telephone, fax or email.
Please include the following information with each order:
1. Purchase Order number
2. Quotation number (for bulk quantity only)
3. Catalog number and product name/description of the product
4. Quantity of product
5. Billing and shipping address

Product evaluation samples will be considered for potential bulk purchases only. Availability and pricing information on bulk quantities are available from our Sales Department via email inquiry.

Prices & Payment Terms

All prices are stated in RMB. Written quotations are guaranteed for 30 days. Prices are subject to change without notice. The current price will be confirmed if ordering by telephone. Shipment will be made promptly even if prices have been nominally increased. Any reduction in price will be automatically applied to your invoice.
All orders are subject to credit approval. Payment Terms will be determined when your account is set up.

Shipping

We use express delivery. All freight, insurance, and special packaging charges are included in the official invoices unless other terms have been arranged.

Shipping Conditions

The transport conditions of Shanghai Shaoyuan products are formulated in accordance with the principle of short-term transport process does not affect the product quality, and may differ from the prescribed storage conditions.
Where there may be short-term exposure (i.e. during shipment) to conditions other than those recommended for long-term storage that will not affect product quality, Shanghai Shaoyuan will ship at ambient temperature. Ambient temperature shipping helps to control shipping costs for our customers. At any time, our customers can request wet- or dry-ice shipment.
The products sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than their recommended long-term storage are shipped on wet- or dry-ice. In those small percentage cases, extra expense fee will incurred and add to your invoice. To further ensure the quality, we will consider weather influence, such as summer shipping, by putting wet- or dry-ice in the package.

Storage Conditions

The storage conditions that the Shanghai Shaoyuan label recommends for products are deliberately conservative. For many products, long-term storage at low temperatures will increase shelf life, and therefore are labeled accordingly regarding recommended long-term storage. Please keep the product in strict accordance with Shanghai Shaoyuan 's storage conditions, the following is the detailed interpretation of the common storage conditions, please refer to the product label.

Ambient Storage

The general storage conditions of the R&D Chemicals is cool and dry, avoid direct sunlight and wet atmosphere. Many Shanghai Shaoyuan products may be stored under ambient or regular conditions. Historically products that are suitable for ambient storage may have labeling that indicates “Regular” or no label regarding storage. Some products are sensitive to light or humidity, these products are generally identified on the label as "Light Sensitive" or "Moisture Sensitive".

Refrigerator +4 ℃

For Shanghai Shaoyuan products where long-term storage is advised as refrigerator/cooler (2 to 8 ℃), our labels indicate +4 ℃.

Freezer

For Shanghai Shaoyuan products where long-term storage is advised as freezer (-15 to -25 ℃), our labels indicate -20 ℃.

Summary

Special storage conditions as indicated in Shanghai Shaoyuan product labels are as follows:
· “+4℃”, implies refrigeration 2 to 8 ℃;
· “-20℃”, implies -15 to -25 ℃ freezer;
· “Light Sensitive”, implies protection from light as necessary;
· “Moisture Sensitive”,  implies keep away from moisture.

Return shipment will not be accepted without permission.

Patents

Shanghai Shaoyuan’s products may be covered by application or process patents. The Purchaser is responsible for any patent infringement resulting from the use of our products.

Warranties and Disclaimer

Shanghai Shaoyuan (the Seller) warrants to the original Purchaser only, that the products listed in this catalog conform to the composition and purity described therein at the time of their shipment. If there is any failure on the part of the Seller to meet this warranty, a refund of the purchase price will be made, providing the Purchaser returns the alleged non-conforming product within 30 days of the invoice date. Seller makes no other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of marketability.

      Shanghai Shaoyuan analyzes every batch of every product! The analytic report (Certification of Analysis, COA) and spectra are uploaded to this website within 24 hours. This puts key data access at your fingertips, and you could search them by Lot ID (Batch) whenever or wherever needed, every spectra contains the basic analytical result. Please feel free to contact our sales representatives if you have disagreements with the analytical results. Spectrum Interpretation& Sample recheck will be done by our technical services team.

Product Label and Density

      The densities of liquid products are published on Shanghai Shaoyuan's website and product labels from Sept. 18, 2012 (Release Date). Density data come from literature or measured by Accela analytical chemists.
      Literature Density Value: three decimal places reported.
      Measured Density Value: two decimal places reported (Shanghai Shaoyuan's cutting edge instruments meet USP/EP standards, and the accuracy is 0.001 g/ml. Shanghai Shaoyuan controls measure temperature between 20-25 ℃).
